This week on Genuine Humans, Tamara and Wendy are joined by Jag Sharma, who has worked as a senior marketeer for leading brands including Mondelez and HSBC.
Jag shares his wealth of experience with Tamara and Wendy, from his first job charming the people of Cardiff into taking tour bus rides, to his marketing career which has (so far) seen him working for Nissan in Hong Kong. He has learned first-hand how different the social media landscape is in Asia from Europe, proved the sales potential of social media for the automotive industry in South Korea, and helped to create HSBC’s award-winning 2017 PRIDE campaign in the UK.
Jag is also open about how his leadership style has evolved over the years, and how he’s changed it based on feedback from his team.
